“As a representative, am I just doing the helping, and the job is done?”
In some circles, the position of the representative is regarded as 'being a helper to solve the problem of the 'client'. Facilitating a constellation needs a constant, focused, and wide-open awareness. Still, I will never call it work, as a job-to-be-done.
