Systemic Constellation Work uses representations.. of aspects of a request. Aspects are represented in a group by participants or with figurines in an individual constellation. PureCranio and Systemic Constellation Work are very connected. Although Constellation Work takes focus on the client's question, being a representative is for many a workshop on its own, teaching to be 'empty', and equanimously neutral while following the emerging dynamic, while going through primary feelings without a secondary response, or second thoughts.See the blog for more

"Sometimes ... I am just a very subtle vibration, warm feeling. I cannot move and I feel a dynamic movement outside and around that feeling that appears to be strongest in my chest"

I have no clue where it comes from. I feel slightly that it is related to what I see around me, what feels like family. There is a familiarity in it. I wish to understand it so I can relate to what I sense 'out there'.How to even stay with it, to make a connection with what I feel?"

... one of many questions for a constellation ...

"I am in a space of safety, respect, and healing potential" describes the atmosphere in constellation work.

Describing a feeling of being restricted is not so easy. It involves both heart-felt emotions and physically felt feelings, and it is a first step in a constellation and sometimes the biggest step.

The second step, the invitation to place aspects of this feeling or sensing, via representatives in a physical space is an easier step; we can be neutral, allowing a dynamic to unfold as it is. Often we see a dynamic between the representations of the aspects which differs from what we expected.

Then, as a third step, we can compare and relate to the expected and the unfolding.

A fourth step can be taken if desired and includes the questions 'what does it do to me when I see this unfolding?' and 'how do I let it integrate?'.

PureCranio or Systemic Constellation WorkSystemic Constellation Work explores the function of (a sense of restriction) in a wider environmental social perspective. Requests can address virtually every aspect of one's life and includes interpersonal, intrapersonal and transgenerational aspects.

Aspects which are connected to the client's request are represented by participants (in a group setting) or with figurines (in an individual session). A constellation normally includes a representation of the unmovable existing 'status quo', suggestions, and an unfolding into a dynamic that helps with the transition from 'standstill' towards a dynamic with transformational potential.

A session lasts generally one to one and half hour.

A Constellation Evening includes usually three constellations

A Constellation Day includes usually four to six constellations.

Participants may be asked to voluntarily represent an aspect of the client's request.

We aim at a maximum group size of ca. 15 participants.

A Constellation Workshop can last between 6 and 12 hours during 1, 2 or 3 days and includes exploration of the 'mechanics' of constellation work, exercises, Q&A and many constellations.

Systemic Constellations are open to everyone and can be organized on request for specific groups, addressing specific issues for individuals, family settings or work.
