The website provides information about my work (craniosacral practitioner and systemic facilitator), and about the systemic constellation approach in general. For more information before the introduction feel free to contact via mail or mobile.
The program for the introduction in short:
Systemic Constellation Work relates to a special approach which aims at unveiling the 'invisible' dynamic between people who are partakers in a group dynamic. This is usually a family, a company or an organization, but recently I worked with a group of students in political science on the controversy hidden behind consensus: In a short introduction we asked representatives to represent 'the individual', 'the collective', and both 'the marketing instruments' for each. The unfolding dynamic showed the hidden agenda's … not in support of the consensus about relationships. The participants were very surprised to see that the unfolding dynamic showed a difference with the agreed consensus.
The introduction evening on 28 April includes a short introduction about systemic constellation work and one or two constellations. A constellation starts with a question. Next, representatives are chosen from the group members and asked to represent one aspect of the question. The unfolding dynamic between the representatives will show ' what's supporting', 'what's missing', 'what's hidden', and what's needed to enhance harmony ….
The initial question usually generates already an existing perspective as a frame for an answer. It is just beautiful to see how a constellation changes that frame (or the focus) and with that changes the entire perspective on the matter. During this introductio we may experience this.
Preparation:
The participants are asked to prepare a question in advance. From the offered suggestions we will choose one or two and place them as 'the matter at heart' in a constellation. Questions may relate to personal matters, or to general matters. The condition is that it has to be a question that is seemingly difficult to answer, or is answered without a real satisfying answer but only in 'some sort of best possible way'.
Looking forward to receive all responses,
and to an interesting evening!
Kind regards,
Stan Coenders
