Open Air PureCranio is a very special Relaxation Opportunity.

May 2025, Brać, Sutivan - in a beautiful olive grove close to the sea.

PureCranio outside amidst birds flying, singing, close to the sea with the sound of waves running on to the beach is very different from Cranio inside. Relaxation through cranio gets a different dimension here.

In two days, we applied four basic hand positions as an introduction to the use of craniosacral techniques for deep relaxation. This workshop aimed to offer the participants the principles for an easy-to-apply modality that can be used anywhere and anytime. In two days, we received and gave about 16 sessions to reach a deep relaxation and a profound understanding of the basics of craniosacral work. We explored the influence of the practitioner's thoughts on the receiver's body and how to remain neutral while sensing the relaxation going deeper.

We tried the possibility of cranio as a healing game; sitting in a circle one raises a hand and asks for help with a pain, and the others are free to respond to the request – whoever feels invited to apply a basic healing hand position does so. Quickly, curiosity matched challenge and raised results!

The workshop concluded with an introduction to systemic constellation work via a rather light topic. In this way those who were still unfamiliar with systemic work could experience the surprising feeling during their representation of an aspect of the topic. And also in constellation work the borderless vast expanse of sea and the horizon contributed to the freedom of exploration.
